We inform you that, on 28.07.2021 the Customs and Monopoly Agency, with Circular no. 31/2021 , has decided to further extend the entry into force of the new digitized procedure for the issue of EUR.1, EUR.MED and A.TR.
To date, the procedure for issuing circulation certificates through the social security system at the competent Customs remains valid.

On 1 August 2021 , the new digitization process for the issuance of EUR1, EUR.MED and A.TR .--
This change, especially in the first period, can lead to a slowdown in the management of shipments.
The solution to avoid the uncertainty of the times for issuing the certificate and any further requests by the competent Customs Office is to become an Authorized Exporter.
Here are the advantages of acquiring the status of Authorized Exporter:
- Facilitates commercial transactions with third countries on the basis of certain Agreements.
- It allows economic operators to independently manage operations without having to wait for the timely verification of each documentary file for the issue of the required certificates, as well as allowing the economic operator to be more competitive, faster and more effective on the market.
- It allows you to independently certify the preferential origin of the goods directly on the invoice or other commercial document
- Avoid delays due to the procedures for issuing EUR.1, EURMED and A.TR certificates before each shipment, possible stops and additional costs.
- It allows the Company in possession of the requirement of Authorized Exporter status to use a special stamp with which to validate the ATR certificate, avoiding the timely acceptance of each certificate.
